Briddhi is providing training to women in textile work within impoverished urban settlements in the Karail slum located in Banani. The objective is to link these women with manufacturers in the slow fashion industry, thereby ensuring them employment opportunities. Our overarching aim is to assess interventions addressing the problem of skill-mismatch and promoting urban equity.
